My purpose is to assist with releasing stored trauma and stagnant energy that is preventing you from being your true self.
I provide multiple modalities to assist you on your journey. Each session is different because I learn the body and I am directed by spirit to assist the body in what it needs. I love giving homework such as yoga, breathing techniques, and guided meditation to my clients so they can learn the importance of consistency and self-care.

Joy has trained in many different massage modalities since 1981 and has accumulated numerous tools in her holistic toolbox to help restore harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit. Her services are personally tailored for each client.
Sessions may include the use of hot towels, hot/cold stones, essential oils, topical balms, cupping or GuaSha to optimize the effectiveness of the massage.
She uses a variety of soft tissue techniques to achieve the desired results you need:
